I subscribed — where is the indicator?

Access is granted to the TradingView username you entered at checkout. After that, open TradingView, then log out and back in once so the invite-only script appears in your indicators list under Invite-only scripts.

Access is added by hand, usually within a few hours of signup. If it is not there after that, check your username below, then email hq@yesnolevels.com.

Does it cover the instrument I trade?

Forex, equities, crypto, commodities and indices, auto-detected from whatever symbol is on your chart, from the one-minute chart up to monthly.

The public scorecard lists the tickers alerts have fired on recently, so you can look before you subscribe.

How do I check or fix my TradingView username?

Go to Profile & TradingView access and confirm the username matches your TradingView account exactly (it is case-sensitive). A wrong or blank username is the most common reason access does not appear.

How do I cancel, update my card, or get an invoice?

All of it is self-serve. On your dashboard, open Manage subscription & billing. That takes you to the secure billing portal where you can cancel, change your card, download invoices, or switch monthly/annual.

Cancel any time. Access continues through the end of the period you have paid for, then ends. No cancellation fee.

Is there a free trial? What about refunds?

Yes — a 7-day free trial. Your card is required at signup and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first; we send a reminder before that happens. See the refund policy for details.

My data says "updated X ago." Is something broken?

Alerts land as they fire, and the pages that show them refresh on a schedule. A few minutes old is normal. If it is hours stale, something upstream is catching up; it self-corrects, and you can confirm current system health on the status page.

Does it tell me when to buy or sell?

No. Yes No Levels shows you where independent methods agree, narrates what happened in plain English, and locks its zones so they never repaint. It does not give buy or sell signals. You read the levels and you decide.

Can I see the track record?

Yes — the full record is public on the scorecard, including the reads that did not reach the next zone. Nothing is hidden.
